Oceania was able to obtain approval for this raw site, formerly known as the Gladesville Mental Hospital for 341 mixed dwellings sprawling across 16.4 hectares on the western side of Hunters Hill. This landmark residential development provides for water or bush land views with access to 11 hectares of public recreation area on the waterfront.
